1. Who we are

2. Information we may collect
- INX Social account details such as name, email address and authentication information.
- Subscription, licence and device activation information.

- LinkedIn member information authorised through OpenID Connect, such as member identifier, name, email address and profile image.
- Google account name, email address and profile image, together with authorised YouTube channel identifiers, titles, custom URLs, images, descriptions and aggregate channel statistics.

3. How we use information
- Provide and secure the INX Social service.
- Authenticate users and activate authorised devices.
- Connect and display the social accounts, profiles, Pages and channels a user has authorised.
- Retrieve account or channel information and available insights requested by the user.
- Check publishing status and scheduled activity, and create or manage posts only where the relevant platform capability is enabled and the user requests it.
- Maintain connection security, refresh authorised access where supported and let users disconnect accounts.
- Prevent abuse, investigate failures and provide support.
- Manage trials, subscriptions and service communications.
4. Connected platform data
Meta: Meta Platform Data is used only to provide customer-authorised Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional-account connection, Page selection, insights, publishing status, scheduled-slot checking and customer-requested publishing functions.
LinkedIn: LinkedIn member data is currently used to connect the authorised member identity and display the linked account inside INX Social. INX Social does not claim LinkedIn publishing or community-management access unless those capabilities are separately implemented and authorised.
Google and YouTube: INX Social uses the minimum Google OAuth scopes needed to identify the authorised Google account and retrieve the user’s YouTube channels in read-only form. This information is used only to link and display those channels and their available aggregate statistics. INX Social does not upload, edit or delete YouTube content under this read-only permission.
X: INX Social uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE to link the authorised X profile and display its identity and available public profile metrics. The current connector requests read-only profile and Post access and does not publish, edit or delete Posts on X.
We do not sell connected-platform data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train or improve general-purpose or foundational artificial-intelligence models. INX Social’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the context, we process information to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, or act with consent.
6. Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, authentication, email, payments, diagnostics and customer support, only as necessary to provide those functions. Connected-platform data is not transferred to third parties except where necessary to provide or secure the user-facing service, with user direction or consent, or where legally required.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for the service, legal compliance, dispute resolution and security. Authorisation tokens are protected while stored and are removed from the connection record when a user disconnects it. Limited account, connection and audit metadata may be retained where necessary for security, compliance or dispute resolution. Users may request account and Platform Data deletion using our published deletion instructions.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational controls, including restricted access, secure transport and credential protection. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information.
