1. Service provider
INX Social is provided by INAXX LTD. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and be authorised to connect and manage any social media Page used through the service.
3. Permitted use
You may use INX Social to organise and schedule content that you own or have permission to publish. You must comply with applicable law, Meta terms and all platform policies.
4. Prohibited use
- Publishing unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content.
- Accessing Pages or data without authorisation.
- Attempting to bypass licence, security or device controls.
- Interfering with service availability or reverse engineering restricted components.
- Using the service to send spam or engage in coordinated platform manipulation.
5. Third-party platforms
INX Social depends on third-party services including Meta. Their APIs, policies and availability may change. We do not control third-party outages, reviews, restrictions or account decisions.
6. Subscriptions
Paid plans, limits, renewal periods and cancellation rights will be displayed before purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
7. Customer content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process it solely to provide the requested scheduling and publishing service.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements or improve the service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INX Social is provided without guarantees that every upload or scheduled publication will succeed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, security risk or misuse. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion.
